things to remember to tell myself
Started this at almost 250 lbs. Got down to just under 200 by running and healthy eating. Also some workout videos. Got a little too confident/comfortable and stopped the training/healthy eating. Now i’m back at around 220…
That is the highly shortened version for ya’ll but it’s not all bad. During the time I was away (from tumblr) I trained for a half marathon and ran it at just under 2 hours and 30 minutes, which might not seem like a big deal to some but it’s a pretty big fucking deal to me. Just the fact that I finished is amazing.
I’m pretty bummed/disappointed that I gained so much weight again but I’m also really happy about my last year in life. I had a great time meeting people and learning about myself and now I feel like I can settle down and focus on my weight loss goals again.
Thanks to those who stuck around. And I hope you’ve been more diligent than me. And if you haven’t, you know what? That’s fine. We always have the opportunity to get back on our feet.
Did a workout, just had a delicious salad, about to start working on some design work. Life’s good.

i want to have the confidence to go out and find a date.
i want to have the motivation to really enjoy my design project.
i want to have the drive to get an amazing job.
i want to have the skills to balance all of these things and still stick true to my fitness goals.
