i don’t think i have any fear foods; i shouldn’t fear food. i don’t like the idea of food becoming your enemy. i LOVE food and in no way am willing to give up the satisfaction of eating good food to lose weight. it’s all about kicking your ass during workouts and learning how to eat in moderation. unfortunately, i have yet to completely figure out that second one so although i wouldn’t say that i fear snacks like bread, cookies & potato chips, i do need to avoid them while i learn to eat them in moderation…

i know it’s not the best snack, but i only had one when i could’ve had like 3. haha.
Day 3: What do you define as a binge?
eating too much when i’m not hungry. i think it’s okay to snack on things but everything in moderation, obviously. eating just to eat is terrible and i need to learn to control it.
Do you believe in restriction or in moderation?
moderationnn. although i definitely went overboard on cheese and crackers last night :/ blegh, my weaknesses.
I don’t think I can consider anything “given up” I still allow myself to have a snack or something in moderation, or a break from running in moderation… My lifestyle is a thousand times better. The only thing that I do feel has changed is the time spent thinking about future foods/workouts/weigh-ins. Sometimes I wish I could shut that part of my brain off and focus more on school and other things. Definitely not complaining, it’s just weird having this be my first priority when it’s never been before…
