i don’t think i have any fear foods; i shouldn’t fear food. i don’t like the idea of food becoming your enemy. i LOVE food and in no way am willing to give up the satisfaction of eating good food to lose weight. it’s all about kicking your ass during workouts and learning how to eat in moderation. unfortunately, i have yet to completely figure out that second one so although i wouldn’t say that i fear snacks like bread, cookies & potato chips, i do need to avoid them while i learn to eat them in moderation…
Day 5: What do you usually binge on? Do you have certain trigger foods?
i usually end up binging on things that are small but numerous. like chips, cookies, etc. i think my trigger foods are just really unhealthy carbs. i find myself craving brownies, cookies, or potato chips often. i want to be able to have the right amount and be content with that and even after a while of doing this, i struggle with it.
