i’m kind of on a downward spiral here, guys, not gonna lie. started with spring break and then my birthday and now i just can’t seem to get back into it. i ate a ton of chocolate and super unhealthy mexican food yesterday and didn’t even make time to workout. today is definitely healthier and i’ve gone on a run and possibly doing ripped in 30 tonight. i was doing so welllll. blergh.
